Job Description

An Assistant Professor I.T will:

• Design and develop effective computer-based instructional materials.

• Integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications into instructional content.

• Incorporate available technological resources into lesson plans aligned with the core academic curriculum.

• Apply current trends and innovations in educational technology.

• Teach students and learners to effectively use computers and digital tools.

• Provide training and professional development to other teachers in technology integration.

• Maintain a healthy, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for students.

• Manage and maintain the computer laboratory and its equipment.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technology-related issues for staff and students.

• Maintain updated records of computer lab assets and inventory.

• Coordinate and collaborate with higher management and instructional coaches to enhance teaching practices and technology integration.

• Work in the best interest of the institution and its educational objectives.
