Formal session started with Quran and Naat recitation. Sir Nisar Ahmed then invited Mr. Saleem Professor Quaid e Awam Univerisity to share his precious knowledge with all of us. The command he had on his content and the way he was delivering his knowledge was so powerful that I in fact went into an awe! He was talking about software development cycle to the modern and latest trends in software and artificial intelligence, he covered a wide range of topics from basic to advanced level. He rightly urged us to keep using productivity tools and focus on problem solving skills and algorithm designing of our students so that our next generation might develop the right programming skills to compete the technology market around the globe which right now is crowded with Indian youth. He also showed few of his videos, explaining few innovative design ideas which can be implemented to solve variety of existing problems. After his informative and productive session, Mr Qurban took over and started the closing ceremony. Various IT Teachers were reflecting on their 12 days learning experience giving full credit and honor to our trainer Mr Nisar Ahmed who rightly proved to be such a hardworking and energetic teacher that not for a second any one of us feel boredom. We were kept engaged all these days, not only virtually in his class but it seems like we were practically present at PITE, leaving behind all our concerns of home and children. The learning experience will keep with us for life inshallah. Now when I am reflecting on the whole training, my sincere prayers for myself and for my colleagues is that I and everyone else will be able to bridge the gap between knowledge and practice. From my past experience, this has been always the biggest challenge for me. During COVID and for ISA activities, I was succeeded to bridge that gap inspite of discouraging environment, learning from those experience I hope to do the same and now on daily basis (Inshallah). All our guests including Mr Zaheer(Director PITE) , Mir Hasan (Ad Director PITE), Haroon Laghari (Director DCAR) appreciated the knowledge and skill which IT Teachers have displayed during the training. Our brothers on behalf of all teachers, offered unconditional support to department, whether its LSU, DCAR, PITE or SELD. I.T professionals are needed for various departmental activities from time and again and as always it comes from my heart too that I will inshallah serve with best of my capabilities in whatever scope I can.
